Additional backups are made to a Scaleway instance and copied to Scaleway Object Storage.

Backups and Technical Conservation

In addition to the backups provided by the main host, AVIATORLOG performs two daily backups of service data.

• Backups transferred to the Scaleway instance are kept for a maximum of one week, then deleted.
• Backups copied to Scaleway Object Storage are kept for a maximum of thirty days, then deleted at the end of this period.

These backups are intended for security, service continuity, technical restoration, and protection against accidental data loss.

Intellectual Property

The entire site, its interface, its graphic elements, its texts, its software, its databases, its brands, its logos, and its contents are protected by the applicable rules regarding intellectual property.

Any unauthorized reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation, extraction, or reuse, total or partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization from AVIATORLOG.

Service Purpose

Aviatorlog is a software service intended to facilitate the management, monitoring, and operation of data related to aeronautical activity, in particular aircraft, operations, technical monitoring, history, and associated information.

The service constitutes a management assistance tool. It does not replace the regulatory, operational, documentary, or airworthiness obligations applicable to users.

Liability

AVIATORLOG implements reasonable means to ensure the accessibility, security, and proper functioning of the service. However, AVIATORLOG cannot guarantee permanent availability, nor the total absence of errors, interruptions, or data loss.

The user remains solely responsible for the verification, accuracy, regulatory conservation, and operational use of the data entered or used in the service.

Personal Data

The processing of personal data carried out as part of the Aviatorlog service is described in the privacy policy accessible from the site.

In accordance with applicable regulations, users notably have rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, opposition, and, where applicable, portability of their personal data.

Cookies

The service may use cookies or tracers strictly necessary for the operation of the site, in particular for authentication, security, and maintenance of the user session.

If audience measurement tools, marketing tracking, or third-party services requiring consent are added later, an information and consent collection system will be implemented.
